HOW TO USE
Totum Sport is commonly used within Sport at all levels to increase participant safety and reduce injuries etc. These benefits are equally applicable in other areas of work and our life.
Take Totum Sport as Recommended for Maximum Effect
Before Exercise
Drink 1 sachet of Totum Sport 20 minutes before starting warming up and exercising
It is best to swill the Totum Sport around your mouth before swallowing to increase oral absorption. We recommend you drink no more than 500ml water after taking Totum Sport, and before you exercise, to ensure the goodness of Totum Sport stays in the body circulation and isn’t flushed out by your kidneys into your urine. Once you have started exercising, drink only water as you need it.
During Exercise
If your exercise lasts longer than 1 hour or you are performing in very dehydrating conditions, then take more Totum Sport as required. During an extreme endurance event, take Totum Sport every 60 minutes and at least 5 minutes before any protein/carbohydrate supplement to help your body get the most from them. In extreme heat where there is an increased risk of dehydration then it is perfectly safe and advisable to take Totum Sport more frequently as required to replace minerals.
After Exercise
Drink 1 sachet of Totum Sport as soon after finishing as possible. Drink your recovery Totum Sport at least 10 minutes before consuming any other protein and carbohydrate recovery supplements. These should be taken within an hour of finishing exercise, preferably within the first 30 minutes.
