I, like most of you are currently self-isolating at home and this has given me time to really think about what is important in life and in the lives of our families. For the thousands of amazing NHS and HSE staff that are at the frontline of the fight against COVID-19, they do not have the time for reflection and are working longer and harder hours, day in and day out.

In my reflection, my mind turned to the times I have used the NHS and HSE and how they have saved the lives of people I hold close to my heart and I have always believed that these extraordinary people are not new heroes but have always been exactly that, heroes!

I now find myself, along with the team at CellNutrition in a position where we can give something back to them for the extraordinary sacrifices they are making right now for us.
